We recently announced that we have become approved partners of the Institute of School Business Leadership (ISBL).

An exciting part of being a partner is being able to attend their regional and national events which are geared around school leaders and industry colleagues sharing ideas and best practice.

With a growing pressure on school business leaders to be specialists in a much broader set of areas than ever before, ISBL have developed a conference programme to address these challenges head on. This will be presented at the York regional meeting at The Principal on 22nd May, with the theme being ‘Excellence in School Resource Management’.

The meeting will cover several areas including:

• School estate management compliance

• Staff performance and restructuring

• Educating governors on financial responsibilities

• Marketing your school

• The true cost of school staff

Surveyors to Education are pleased to be exhibiting at the York Regional Meeting, alongside many of our colleagues.
