Holyhead School, a 11- 19 Academy at the heart of the Soho Ward in Birmingham, had leased 12 temporary blocks over the years which were no longer fit for purpose and were starting to eat into budgets that could be spent elsewhere. They were also unable to expand their capacity and could not offer a sixth form provision for their pupils.
S2e were asked to step in, secure much needed funds and manage the projects to completion on behalf of Holyhead School. By using our knowledge and expertise we were able to tap into 3 different funding sources that enabled us to raise over £5m over the years and ensure Holyhead School was able to replace the temporary classroom blocks, gain a new sixth form and carry on much needed maintenance works.
