Stuart Lindeman joins S2e

It is with great pleasure that we introduce Stuart Lindeman BE’d, DASE, MBA as a member of the S2e team. He has a wealth of premises education experience with a particular focus on sport and is our new Sports and Education Director with a specific focus on the Healthy Pupils Capital Fund.

Stuart is a specialist premises education consultant and law society accredited mediator. His consultancy roles have included work for the OSC (brokering sponsors for Academies) and Sport England (leading on Access to Schools). His last substantive post was as Strategic Director of Education for Partnerships for Schools, the government agency responsible for Building Schools for the Future.

Prior to joining Partnerships for Schools Stuart had a successful career in Leicestershire including roles as Assistant / Deputy Director of Education, Agency manager for school college support, School Adviser / Inspector, Curriculum Adviser and secondments to the Department for Education and to establish the Connexions Service for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

His earlier career included local authority roles as an OFSTED inspector, Director for TVEI, Further Education Officer, Head of Dartington Vocational College (The Postern), secondary and primary school teaching and senior management.

Stuart has also held a number of national roles including membership of Sport England Lottery Board, member of the Regional Leadership Assessment Centre and Board member on the government’s Educational Maintenance Allowance Board. He is a non–executive director for the Leicestershire County Sports Partnership and Vice Chair of Governors for Loughborough College.
