Higham Lane School, a secondary academy based in Weddington, Nuneaton, did not traditionally have a provision for post GCSE students and this was an issue that they wanted addressed in time for the 2017/18 academic school year. We were invited to tender for the project alongside 2 other companies, with a key objective being a need for the finished building to be in keeping with the rest of the school.
We won the tender and were able to ensure not only that the finished building was sympathetic to the rest of the school but that the whole project was delivered by the end of July, ahead of the influx of students arriving in the new academic year. Our knowledge and experience also meant that we were able to provide Higham Lane with a modern modular structure that came in at under £1,500 per sqm.
