CIF Assessment Centre launched

We are please to have launched our new CIF Assessment Centre on the Surveyors to Education website.

The purpose of the CIF Assessment Centre is to bring together all of our knowledge on the Condition Improvement Fund and provide resources for academy leaders so that they can successfully obtain funding.

In the 2020- 2021 CIF round we once again secured over £25m of CIF funding for our clients, confirming once again our position as the UKs most successful independent CIF funding consultancy.

If you were unsuccessful or would like to bid for funding in the 2021-2022 CIF round we are offering a free assessment of your requirements. To register your interest please click on the button below.

ESFA CIF guidance

The ESFA is very clear about the criteria they evaluate bids against. CIF applications are always oversubscribed and so it is very important to make sure your funding bids are in line with the guidance that they provide.

The use of third party professionals

The use of professional third parties to prepare bids is encouraged by the DfE so that precious time is not taken away from an already busy workload.

Since the inception of CIF in 2013, Surveyors to Education have successfully bid for and won over £200m of funding. One of the main reasons for this success has been that our directors each have 10 years experience with CIF/ACMF funding and personally write every bid, acting as a single point of contact.

For more information and to register for a free CIF Assessment please do visit the CIF Assessment Centre and we look forward to helping you deliver the estate vision for your academy.
